3/4 oz of Gin
3/4 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
1/2 oz of raspberry syrup
1/2 oz of Lime Juice
Freshly ground pink peppercorn (or peppercorn)
Add gin, rum, raspberry syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine and strain into a martini glass. Top with 2 to 3 cracks of freshly ground pink peppercorn. Recipe courtesy of Joshua Baker at NYC's Underdog bar.
