2 oz of Blanco tequila (or Tequila)
1 oz of tawny port (or port)
3/4 oz of Lime Juice
1/2 oz of ginger syrup
1 dash of bitters
1 oz of club soda (or clear soda)
Shake, strain over club soda and ice in a highball, stir, garnish with skewered candied ginger slices and lime wheel.
