2 oz of Mezcal (or Tequila)
1/2 oz of Lime Juice
1/4 oz of agave syrup
3 oz of salsa verde
lime wedge
Add mezcal, lime juice, and agave into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine and strain into a pint glass with fresh ice. Top with blended and strained salsa verde and garnish with a lime wedge. Recipe courtesy of Joshua Baker at NYC's Underdog bar.
