1/2 cup of sucralose
1 cup of fat-free plain yoghurt (or yoghurt)
2 of peeled, ripe mango (or Mango Passion Liqueur)
2/3 cup of nonfat milk (or Malted Milk)
1/4 tsp of ground cardamom (or cardamom bitters)
8 of ice
Place mango, yogurt, ice, and milk into a blender. Sprinkle in cardamom and sweetener to taste. Puree until smooth, frothy, and creamy.
