2 oz of french kiss vanilla liqueur (or Vanilla liqueur)
1/2 oz of Mint liqueur
1/2 oz of Alize Bleu Liqueur
1 oz of vanilla ice cream (or ice cream)
Use ice chips or shake some ice beforehand to make some.\r
Put the ice chips and all of the liquid ingredients into the cocktail shaker first, then, using a melon baller, add several thin slices of the vanilla ice cream.\r
Shake vigorously for at least 5 seconds. The ice cream should be well blended but not completely.\r
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and place a ball of ice cream in the center. (melon baller)\r
The finished drink should appear milky blue, will have a ball of ice cream and, if time right when shaking, white flecks (ice cream) and clear flecks (ice) floating in the drink. For presentation purposes, this drink should use clear Creme de Menthe instead of green in order to maintain the 'cold' appearance.
