1 1/2 oz of Apple Brandy
3/4 oz of Bianco Vermouth (or dry vermouth)
3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
3/4 oz of ginger syrup
2 dash of bitters
1 oz of soda water
Shake, strain over ice and soda in a Collins, serve with straw, garnish with apple mint and candied ginger.
