2 oz of curacao orange liqueur (or orange liqueur)
6 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
4 oz of Light Cream
1 cup of crushed ice (or ice)
2 cup of Orange Juice
1 of orange
Use a thick-skinned california orange, peeling the rind very close to the edge. Avoid the white pulp, and chop the rind finely.\r
Combine the other ingredients in a blender with the rind, and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with orange slices and fresh strawberries.
