2 oz of Blanco tequila (or Tequila)
1/2 oz of Herbal Liqueur
3/4 oz of Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of Demerara syrup (or simple syrup)
1 oz of egg white (or egg)
1 oz of club soda (or clear soda)
9 drop of bitters
Shake ingredients through egg white dry, then with ice. Serve on the rocks in a Collins glass. Top with soda, garnish with bitters.
