Persimon Below - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 oz of persimmon juice (alt: cranberry juice)
- 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz of 42 below vodka (alt: coconut vodka)
- 1 sprig of mint
- crushed ice (alt: ice)
Instructions
Frost the rim of the of the glass. Combine ingredients in shaker and shake with crushed ice. Strain into the frosted glass with crushed ice.Optional: Garnish with a sprig of mint.
