Peach Melba Freeze - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz of peach schnapps
  • 3/4 oz of black raspberry liqueur (alt: raspberry liqueur)
  • 3/4 oz of Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 4 oz of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)
  • 3/4 oz of Light Cream
  • 1 oz of Raspberry Jam

    • Instructions

    Combine the peach schnapps, black-raspberry liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, vanilla ice cream, light cream and raspberry jam in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pourinto a parfait glass, garnish with a peach slice, and serve.
