Peach Flambe - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz of Vodka
- 1/2 oz of peach schnapps
- 1/4 oz of Orange Juice
- 1/2 tsp of 151 proof rum (alt: overproof rum)
- 1/4 tsp of grenadine syrup
- 1/4 oz of cointreau orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except 151-proof rum w/ ice in shaker. Pour into shot glass. Float 151-proof rum (or Everclear) on top and light w/ a match. Note: Do not use too much grenadine as doing so will produce a pink or reddish color rather than the desired peach color!More cocktails with vodka
