Party Starter - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of cointreau orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)
- 3 oz of Lemon Juice
- 3 oz of Lime Juice
- 5 drops of bitters
Instructions
