1 1/2 oz of Tequila
1/2 oz of Mezcal (or Tequila)
3/4 oz of Honey Syrup
3/4 oz of Lime Juice
Make the honey syrup by combining 3 parts honey with 1 part hot water. Mix well and refrigerate. Once the syrup has cooled, combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coup glass.
