1 1/3 oz of Vodka
1/3 oz of Passion-fruit Liqueur
2/3 oz of vanilla ice cream (or ice cream)
3 1/3 oz of Pineapple Juice
1/3 oz of pisang ambon liqueur
Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
