2 oz of Bourbon
1 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of Maraschino liqueur (or cherry liqueur)
1/2 oz of Demerara syrup (or simple syrup)
1 twist of lemon peel
Cold: shake, strain, stemmed wine glass, twist. Hot: Build in a warmed mug and add 3 oz boiling water. Garnish.
