2 oz of Gin
1 sprig of thyme
1 sprig of tarragon
1 sprig of mint
1/2 oz of simple syrup
1/4 oz of Fernet Branca
2 oz of Ginger beer
Add gin, herbs, and simple syrup to short side of shaker tin and heat gently until slightly warm. Add Fernet and ice and shake. Double strain into Collins glass and top with 2 oz. Ginger beer (more or less to taste). Garnish with a mint spring and straw.
