JD's Private Beach - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of creme de bananes (alt: banana liqueur)
- 6 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz of Malibu coconut rum (alt: coconut rum)
- 1 oz of blue curacao liqueur
Instructions
Add the blue curacao with 1/3 cup of crushed ice to a blender, and blend until slushy. Pour the creme de bananes, Malibu rum and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and pour into a hurricane glass. Pour the slushy blue curacao over the back of a spoon into the glass.
