Absolutely delicious—although I prefer doubling the Campari to 1/2oz. With the extra bitterness it balances nicely and better lives up to its reputation for "tasting exactly like grapefruit", as many say.

I'm not sure if there's a different drink for this, but this topped with soda and ice in a highball glass is absolutely delicious
Part way through making this I realised I'd run out of lemons. Works very well with lime too (for anyone else in a similar situation).
