Jamaican Collins - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz of Dark rum
  • 1 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 4 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
  • 1 tsp of sugar

    • Instructions

    Shake rum, pineapple juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water.
