2 oz of Lime Juice
4 oz of Passion-fruit Juice
8 oz of water
1 dash of bitters
6 oz of jack iron strong caribbean rum (or Light Rum)
1 of pinchfresh, grated nutmeg (or nutmeg)
Mix the first four ingredients together and store in a freezable container. Place in freezer for 24 hours until frozen to slush consistency.\r
Make sure you use strong rum (140+), or it will freeze solid.\r
Serve in a pina colada or old fashioned glass. Add a dash of bitters and some freshly grated nutmeg.
