1 1/2 oz of Gin
1 oz of sweet vermouth
1/2 oz of campari
Grapefruit
Squeeze 2 peeled, ruby-red grapefruit slices into a cocktail shaker and drop in the fruit. Add gin, vermouth, Campari, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a wide strip of grapefruit peel.
