Place salt on a dish and rub rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge. Dip glass in the salt to coat rim thoroughly. Pour teguila, triple sec, lime juice, sweet and sour, orange juice, and ice into a blender. Set on high speed until well blended. Pour into a margarita glass. Garnish with a lime, and serve. Optionally, pour Grand Marnier orange liqueur on top for a float, then serve.
