1 tsp of dry vermouth
1 dash of bitters
1/2 oz of yellow chartreuse (or chartreuse)
1/2 oz of dubonnet rouge vermouth (or dry vermouth)
1 1/2 oz of Canadian whisky (or whiskey)
Pour whisky, Chartreuse, Dubonnet, vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
