1 oz of Apricot Brandy
1/2 oz of sweet sherry (or dark sherry)
1 oz of Mango juice
3 tbsp of vanilla ice cream (or ice cream)
3/4 oz of mandarine napoleon orange liqueur (or orange liqueur)
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Serve in a wine goblet.
Garnish with grapefruit slice.
