1 1/2 oz of Gin
1/2 oz of St Germain (or Elderflower Cordial)
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1/4 oz of simple syrup
5 oz of chardonnay (or white wine)
Combine the Gin, St. Germain, lemon juice and syrup, shake with ice, and pour into a chilled Collins glass half filled with ice. Top with the Chardonnay.
