Flaming Jamaican Bobsled - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 0.5 oz of Bacardi 151 rum (alt: overproof rum)
- 1.5 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (alt: almond liqueur)
- 1/2 of red stripe beer (alt: dark beer)
Instructions
Pour one-half of a Red Stripe Beer into a pint glass. Pour one ounce of Amaretto into the glass with the beer. In a shot glass, first pour in the remaining half-ounce of Amaretto, followed by the Bacardi 151. Instruct the drinker to hold the shot glass against the inside of the pint glass, provide them with a lighter, or light the shot glass for them. Let it burn for about 3-5 seconds, just long enough for the blue flame to catch everyones attention, then drop the shot glass into the beer and drink till its gone!More cocktails with overproof rum
