1/2 oz of Cognac
1/2 oz of ruby port (or port)
3/4 oz of cherry syrup
1/4 oz of Lemon Juice
2 oz of fino sherry
5 dash of bitters
Add all ingredients except sherry and bitters into a Collins with crushed ice and swizzle until the glass is frosted. Top with ice, float sherry, garnish with bitters. Add straw.
