1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
1/2 oz of Triple Sec
1 tsp of white creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1 tsp of superfine sugar (or sugar)
1 of egg
2 tsp of pernod licorice liqueur
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass.
Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
