1 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz of Dark rum
1/2 oz of irish mist herbal liqueur (or Herbal Liqueur)
1/2 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
1 tsp of sugar
1/2 of lime
Cut a lime into eight seperate segments and place into an old-fashioned glass. Add sugar and crush until the juice is released. Add remaining ingredients, ensure sugar has dissolved, and fill with broken ice. Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry. Add a short straw, and serve.
