1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
3-5 dash of milk
1/2 oz of unsweetened pineapple juice (or Pineapple Juice)
1/2 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (or almond liqueur)
1 oz of cream of coconut
1 tsp of grenadine syrup
Combine ingredients in a blender with about a 1/2 cup of ice. Blend until smooth and serve in a wine glass.
