1 1/2 oz of white creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1/2 oz of vanilla vodka
1/2 oz of white chocolate liqueur (or chocolate liqueur)
1/2 oz of cream
2 tsp of superfine sugar (or sugar)
1/2 tsp of chocolate
2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of cocoa powder
1 tsp of chocolate syrup
1/4-1/2 oz of whipped cream
2 of maraschino cherries (or cherry)
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa and rim the edge of a chilled cocktail glass with it. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass. Fill a shaker 1/3 full of ice, and add creme de cacao, white chocolate liqueur, vodka, and cream. Shake well and strain into the glass. Garnish with cherries and top with a puff of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
