2 oz of pisco
3/4 oz of Aperol
3/4 oz of simple syrup
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of grapefruit juice
1 rinse of Kirschwasser (or cherry liqueur)
1 twist of grapefruit peel
Shake, strain into kirschwasser-washed highball glass, garnish with grapefruit peel.
