Cucina Bassa - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of dry vermouth
  • 3/4 oz of Cynar
  • 1/2 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
  • 3 oz of sparkling white wine (alt: champagne)
  • 1 twist of lemon peel

Instructions

Stir, strain over rocks and bubbles in a highball, stir, garnish, serve with straw.
