Cream Sherry Sangaree - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
- 2 oz of Cream Sherry
- 1 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)
- 2 tsp of water
- 1 of pinchground cinnamon (alt: cinnamon)
- 1 of pinchgrated nutmeg (alt: nutmeg)
- 1/2 oz of benedictine herbal liqueur
Instructions
Add the sugar to a highball glass. Add water and sherry, and stir to dissolve sugar. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice, and add club soda. Float the benedictine on top. Garnish with a lemon twist, a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon, and serve.More cocktails with clear soda
