3/4 oz of Malibu coconut rum (or Coconut Rum)
3/4 oz of creme de bananes (or banana liqueur)
3 oz of Pineapple Juice
Midori melon liqueur (or watermelon liqueur)
Combine Creme de Banana, Malibu Rum, Pineapple Juice & ice in mixing tin. Shake or flash blend. Strain over ice and float Midori. Garnish with watermelon wedge.
