6 oz of milk
1 oz of half-and-half (or cream)
1 tsp of sugar syrup (or simple syrup)
2 oz of scotch whisky
1 of egg
1/2 tsp of instant coffee (or coffee)
1 oz of coffee liqueur
Combine all ingredients in a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a collins glass, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.
