Chocolate Banana Sherbet - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp of Swiss chocolate almond liqueur (alt: almond liqueur)
  • 4 tsp of sugar
  • 2 tsp of Vanilla
  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar (alt: sugar)
  • 1 cup of ripe, mashed bananas (alt: banana)

    • Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and freeze overnight. Before serving, break up the frozen mixture and blend until smooth with 2 tbsp. of cold water. Serve with a spoon in a frosted goblet, and serve.
