Bacardi 151 rum (or overproof rum)
Malibu coconut rum (or Coconut Rum)
6 oz of pineapple jell-o (or orange jell-o)
1 cup of water
Bring the 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in Jell-o mix until dissolved, take off stove and let cool. Once the steam seems to be non-existent, add the Malibu Rum and the Bacardi 151 to taste, all together both ingredients should equal a cup. Now, the Bacardi 151 is a STRONG liquor [lights on fire, if you didn't know this] so I would recommend to use sparingly, or they may be too strong. Pour into 2 oz cups [you can get small plastic cups with lids at most party stores for fairly cheap] and place in refrigerator until firm. For a quicker set time, place them in the freezer.
