2 oz of Gin
blood orange
3 dash of Angostura bitters
blood orange slice
sugar cube
rosemary
Juice the blood orange and set aside. In a rocks glass, top the sugar cube with the bitters and rosemary leaves. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved as much as possible. Add the gin, orange juice, and ice, and stir to combine. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and a sprig of rosemary.
