1/2 oz of fernet
1/2 oz of Gin
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of strawberry syrup
2 oz of brut Champagne (or Champagne)
1 twist of lemon peel
Shake fernet, gin, lemon juice and strawberry syrup with ice. Strain into coupe glass, top with champagne, cava or sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon peel.
