1 cup of Cranberry Juice
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of ice
8 oz of vanilla low-fat yoghurt (or yoghurt)
1 cup of cooked oats (or oats)
Place all ingredients except ice in blender. Cover, blend on high speed about 2 minutes or until smooth. Gradually add ice; blend on high speed an additional minute or until smooth. Serve immediately. NOTE: VARIATIONS: Substitute 1 cup orange juice for cranberry juice and 1 medium banana for strawberries.
