3 1/2 oz of barley
2 qt of water
2 tbsp of honey
1 pinch of Salt
1 can of apple juice
1 of fig
1 of lemon
1.Cover the barley and the fig with water and cook for 1 1/2 hour. \r
2.Strain through a sieve.\r
3.Add the honey,applejuice,salt,lemonjuice and the grated lemonpeel. \r
4.Cool real good.
