1 oz of dry vermouth
2 oz of whiskey
1 oz of club soda (or clear soda)
1 oz of Pineapple Juice
2-3 dash of Sambuca (or elderberry liqueur)
Shake vermouth, whiskey and pineapple juice together in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a collins glass, and top it off with club soda, leaving enough room for a bit of sambuca on top.
