1/2 tsp of sugar
1 dash of bitters
1 slice of peach
chilled champagne (or Champagne)
1/4 oz of Tennessee Whiskey (or whiskey)
Stir the whiskey, the bitters and the sugar in a collins glass until the sugar is dissolved. Fill up with champagne and garnish with a slice of peach.
Serve in flute glass.
Garnish with peach slice.
