1 1/2 oz of Bourbon
3 oz of Orange Juice
1/2 oz of Peach Liqueur
ginger
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add freshly grated ginger to taste. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger, if desired. This recipe is courtesy of Santina restaurant in New York City.
