Afterparty Dregs - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of 151 proof rum (alt: overproof rum)
  • 4 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (alt: irish cream)
  • 1 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (alt: coffee liqueur)
  • 1 oz of gosling's black seal dark rum (alt: dark rum)
  • 1 oz of phillips' butterscotch liqueur (alt: anise liqueur)
  • 2 oz of potter's creme de cacao (alt: bols white creme de cacao)
  • 1 oz of occumare gold rum (alt: vanilla rum)

    • Instructions

    Pour all ingedients except the Demerara into large mixer with ice and shake until slightly frothed. Strain into highball glass or other suitably large container. Use the back of a tablespoon to float the 151 onto the drink. Serve with straw.
