Ingredients: 1 tsp Lime Juice; 3 cl Absolut Mandrin vodka; 2-3 drops grenadine syrup; 2 tbsp vanilla sugar syrup; 10 clfrozen orange juice; Champagne; 1/2 fresh peach; raspberries

Ingredients

1 tsp of Lime Juice
3 cl of Absolut Mandrin vodka (alt: mandarin vodka)
2-3 drops of grenadine syrup
2 tbsp of vanilla sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
10 of clfrozen orange juice (alt: orange juice)
Champagne
1/2 of fresh peach (alt: peach)
raspberries

Instructions

Chop the peach and put into a blender. Blend together with the frozen orangejuice and a few raspberries. Add a few drops grenadine, the limejuice and the sugar syrup. Blend until it's smooth.

Pour the absolut mandarin into a highball glass. Fill the glass to half with the mix from the blender and fill with champagne or a dry sparkling wine. Stir and serve.
