1 oz of Vodka
1/4 oz of Blue Curacao (or orange liqueur)
3/4 oz of St Germain (or Elderflower Cordial)
lemon
egg white (or egg)
edible flowers
sugar
Prepare the edible flowers beforehand by lightly brushing the flowers with egg white. Dust with sugar, shaking off any excess. Allow to dry. In a cocktail shaker, shake vodka, blue curacao, st germain, and juice of 1/2 lemon together with ice. Strain and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with the flowers.
