1 1/2 oz of pear nectar
1 tsp of Pear Brandy
3 oz of sparkling wine (or Champagne)

In a cocktail shaker with two ice cubes, stir together the brandy, spices, and pear puree or nectar. Add the sparkling wine and stir for 10 seconds more. Add a pinch of nutmeg (can also use cinnamon). Strain into a champagne flute and garnish with a thin slice of pear.
