1 1/2 oz of Connemara Irish Whiskey (or whiskey)
aztec chocolate bitters (or chocolate bitters)
white sugar (or sugar)
brown sugar (or sugar)
Maple Syrup
orange peel
In a rocks glass, muddle together 1/2 tbsp of white sugar and 4 drops of chocolate bitters. Add the whiskey and one large ice cube. Stir to combine. Rub a large drop of maple syrup and a dash of brown sugar on an orange peel. Use a lighter or a match to lightly flame the skin for a few seconds. Twist and squeeze the peel and drop it into the glass.
